Important Security News

Memorial Thicket has experienced multiple break-ins. We have confirmed three break-ins. Although the actual times on all three have not been confirmed, these appear to have occurred overnight January 1. The Houston police and our guards have been investigating the break-ins. Police reports have been filed. Entries into the homes were made by breaking widows. Various items were taken from each home.

Please remember to check your alarm system regularly to make sure it is working properly. If you are unsure whether your system adequately protects you, your family and your property have your security company do an assessment. When you do go out of town, please complete an out of town notice for the guards. For added security you may also request the guards walk your home’s perimeter while you are away.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: A security system is required under the neighborhood DCCRs. Your system not only protects you, but also protects your neighbors. Please review the neighborhood information guide for any further information needed.

Thank you

Please remain diligent. If you see suspicious activity, please contact the guards. They are here for our safety.
