Security Update June 8, 2020

Important Security News

Memorial Thicket had a recent break-in.  Very early this morning, our guards were called by the homeowner to the residence on Old Stone Trail.  HPD was also called and a report was filed.

The homeowner was returning from being out of town so no one was at home at the time.  As such, we are unsure what day the break-in actually occurred.

Entry into the home was made by breaking a window in the master bathroom, which is located on the back side of the home.  Items were taken.

Please remember to check your alarm system regularly to make sure it is working properly.  Check with your security company if you are unsure whether your system adequately protects you, your family and your property.  When you do go out of town, please complete an out of town notice for the guards.  You may also request the guards walk your home’s perimeter while you are away for added security.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:  A security system that notifies the guard station is required under the neighborhood DCCRs.  Your system not only protects you, but also all of your neighbors.  Please review the neighborhood information guide for any further information needed.

Snicket Gate

The gate lock is not working properly.  One can enter the property, but the exit side of the  combination lock is not working.  The lock company has been notified and they will be here on Wednesday (this week) to resolve the problem.

Thank you
