Notice of 2018 Annual Meeting – Monday, December 3, 2018 – Ninfa’s on Memorial

Business Meeting – 7:00 PM
The Memorial Thicket Homeowners Association, Inc. (MTHA) Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018. The meeting will be held at the Ninfa’s restaurant located at 14737 Memorial Drive in Houston, Texas. A complimentary fajita buffet including one margarita will start at 6:00 pm. The business meeting will follow at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect members to the MTHA Board of Directors. We will also transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting and any adjournments or postponements of the meeting. The Annual Meeting is scheduled to include:
Presentations on General Board Activities and Plans, including Landscaping/Architectural Control, Waste Removal and Security in Memorial Thicket℠.Fiscal year 2018 financial results and 2019 budget.The election of two members to the MTHA Board of Directors to serve until the 2021 Annual Meeting. The Nominating Committee intends to nominate as candidates for election to the Board Angie Bouzerand and Greg Sergesketter. Presentation on Memorial Thicket Women's Association Highlights and Plans.Announcement of the Nominating Committee to serve until our next Annual Meeting.Open discussions with members on any other subjects relevant to Memorial Thicket℠.
All property owners in Memorial Thicket℠ are encouraged to attend this meeting as we value your opinions and support.
